Job Requirements
- minimum age of 18 years
- previous General Manager experience preferred
- experience in quick service restaurants or hospitality or retail industries
- ability to lead and develop a team
- strong customer service focus
- capacity to manage restaurant operations efficiently
- willingness to relocate to Florida

- previous General Manager experience running high volume locations
- background in quick service restaurants strongly desired
- experience in hospitality or retail considered
- strong leadership and team management skills
- excellent communication and organizational abilities
- ability to create and execute strategic plans
- minimum age of 18 years
Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant
- ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- lead a team of Department Managers by setting goals, following up on progress, and providing coaching
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
- create and implement plans to achieve restaurant goals
- monitor and improve restaurant operational performance
- foster a positive work environment focused on growth and customer satisfaction
