Job Requirements

  • minimum age of 18 years
  • previous General Manager experience preferred
  • experience in quick service restaurants or hospitality or retail industries
  • ability to lead and develop a team
  • strong customer service focus
  • capacity to manage restaurant operations efficiently
  • willingness to relocate to Florida

Job Qualifications

  • previous General Manager experience running high volume locations
  • background in quick service restaurants strongly desired
  • experience in hospitality or retail considered
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • ability to create and execute strategic plans
  • minimum age of 18 years

Job Duties

  • run a profitable restaurant
  • ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • lead a team of Department Managers by setting goals, following up on progress, and providing coaching
  • hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
  • create and implement plans to achieve restaurant goals
  • monitor and improve restaurant operational performance
  • foster a positive work environment focused on growth and customer satisfaction
