Job Requirements

  • You have 4-5 years of management experience and previous restaurant General Manager experience
  • You have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations
  • You can manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and have a passion for training and developing your team
  • You can analyze a Profit and Loss statement

Job Qualifications

  • 4-5 years of restaurant management experience
  • Previous experience as a General Manager
  • Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, and responsible alcohol service
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Ability to analyze Profit and Loss statements
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills

Job Duties

  • Oversee restaurant management team performance and engagement
  • Manage Profit and Loss statement and ensure financial objectives are met
  • Coordinate local restaurant marketing efforts
  • Lead training initiatives to develop team skills and knowledge
  • Oversee community connection and fundraising activities
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and safety standards
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and restaurant operations
