Job Requirements
- You have 4-5 years of management experience and previous restaurant General Manager experience
- You have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations
- You can manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and have a passion for training and developing your team
- You can analyze a Profit and Loss statement
Job Qualifications
- 4-5 years of restaurant management experience
- Previous experience as a General Manager
- Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, and responsible alcohol service
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Ability to analyze Profit and Loss statements
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
Job Duties
- Oversee restaurant management team performance and engagement
- Manage Profit and Loss statement and ensure financial objectives are met
- Coordinate local restaurant marketing efforts
- Lead training initiatives to develop team skills and knowledge
- Oversee community connection and fundraising activities
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and safety standards
- Maintain high standards of customer service and restaurant operations
