Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a management role in the restaurant industry
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle fast-paced and high-pressure environments
  • Basic computer proficiency with experience in payroll and scheduling systems

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or related leadership roles
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Experience with HRIS and LMS systems preferred
  • Solid understanding of financial management and cost control
  • Ability to maintain high standards of customer service and hospitality

Job Duties

  • Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant and make necessary real-time decisions to ensure excellent dining experiences
  • Ensure a safe and productive work environment for team members
  • Manage and develop all team members to meet executional and procedural standards
  • Interview, hire, train, mentor, and when necessary, terminate team members
  • Conduct safety assessments and investigate incidents
  • Handle guest complaints and turn dissatisfied guests into loyal customers
  • Enforce food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
  • Manage inventory orders and deliveries
  • Oversee financial administration including payroll, budgets, and reports
  • Collaborate with Area Director and management to meet financial and operational goals
