Job Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years of hotel leadership experience
- Experience as a hotel general manager
- Experience with Hilton, Hyatt, or Marriott extended stay brands
- GSS turnaround experience highly preferred
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
Job Duties
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences
- Manage staff, budgets, and overall hotel profitability
- Report to the Area General Manager
- Implement strategies to achieve financial and service goals
- Foster a positive work environment and team engagement
- Drive hotel performance and reputation
- Ensure compliance with company standards and policies
