Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 3 years of management experience in a retail or food service environment
  • strong leadership skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • proficiency with basic computer applications and point of sale systems
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • reliable transportation
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • commitment to safety and regulatory compliance

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • proven experience in store management or food service leadership
  • strong knowledge of financial management including labor and food cost control
  • excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • ability to train, mentor, and develop staff
  • familiarity with safety and regulatory compliance standards
  • effective communication and organizational skills
  • experience with inventory management and cash handling

Job Duties

  • Achieve sales, labor, and food cost targets for store profitability
  • supervise and direct staff including hiring, training, and scheduling
  • monitor and control labor and food costs
  • ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards
  • manage store assets and maintain security
  • handle cash, bank deposits, and financial reporting
  • oversee inventory management and waste control
  • develop and implement local marketing and promotional strategies
  • maintain good relations with mall management and other stakeholders
  • ensure accurate payroll and timekeeping
  • enforce dress codes and uniform policies
  • perform supervisory responsibilities including employee evaluations and disciplinary actions
  • coordinate maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities
  • complete required administrative paperwork and reports
  • lead by example as a working manager on the front line
  • maintain compliance with OSHA, EPA, Right to Know, EEO, and ADA regulations
