Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 3 years of management experience in a retail or food service environment
- strong leadership skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- proficiency with basic computer applications and point of sale systems
- excellent communication skills
- ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- reliable transportation
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- commitment to safety and regulatory compliance
Job Qualifications

- proven experience in store management or food service leadership
- strong knowledge of financial management including labor and food cost control
- excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- ability to train, mentor, and develop staff
- familiarity with safety and regulatory compliance standards
- effective communication and organizational skills
- experience with inventory management and cash handling
Job Duties
- Achieve sales, labor, and food cost targets for store profitability
- supervise and direct staff including hiring, training, and scheduling
- monitor and control labor and food costs
- ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards
- manage store assets and maintain security
- handle cash, bank deposits, and financial reporting
- oversee inventory management and waste control
- develop and implement local marketing and promotional strategies
- maintain good relations with mall management and other stakeholders
- ensure accurate payroll and timekeeping
- enforce dress codes and uniform policies
- perform supervisory responsibilities including employee evaluations and disciplinary actions
- coordinate maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities
- complete required administrative paperwork and reports
- lead by example as a working manager on the front line
- maintain compliance with OSHA, EPA, Right to Know, EEO, and ADA regulations
