- Minimum 4-6 years prior experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
- Prior leadership role experience
- Ability to work various shifts including weekends
- Compliance with state age requirements for alcohol service where applicable

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- Plan, assign, and direct work
- Appraise performance and address disciplinary actions including termination
- Shape restaurant culture and ensure high employee engagement
- Coach and mentor team members
- Model professional behavior and create a hospitable atmosphere
- Communicate sales performance and manage operational tasks including inventory, scheduling, and financial reporting
- Assist team members with job duties as needed
- Champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
- Maximize table turnover and sales per guest
- Meet and greet guests and resolve food quality or service issues
- Maintain efficient operations and appropriate cost controls
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, local health and safety codes, and company safety policies
- Enforce safe work behaviors
- Monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
- Control food and labor costs through proper management
- Manage facility and company assets
- Perform all other duties as assigned
