Job Requirements

  • prior leadership experience required
  • minimum 4-6 years of restaurant experience preferred
  • eligibility to serve alcohol per state regulations if applicable

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations including staff supervision and execution of company policies
  • recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
  • plan, assign, and direct work while appraising performance
  • shape and maintain a positive restaurant culture to ensure high employee engagement
  • coach and mentor team members to achieve job success and guest satisfaction
  • model professional behavior fostering a warm and hospitable atmosphere
  • communicate sales performance and implement corporate programs
  • assist team members with duties as needed
  • champion sales activities and suggestive selling
  • maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
  • meet and greet guests, investigate and resolve food quality and service issues
  • maintain efficient operations with appropriate cost controls and profit management
  • ensure OSHA, health and safety codes, and company policies compliance
  • enforce safe work behaviors for guests and employees
  • monitor daily activities ensuring quality food and cleanliness
  • manage cash control, security procedures, inventory, financial reports, and schedules
  • oversee P&L management including food, labor, and carryout costs
  • control food cost through recipe adherence and inventory management
  • optimize labor costs via scheduling tools and sales performance monitoring
  • ensure proper use and maintenance of restaurant equipment and facilities
  • perform all other duties as assigned
