Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management or similar role
  • Demonstrated leadership capability
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Proficiency in using restaurant management software
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
  • Effective team building and interpersonal communication

Job Duties

  • Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant and make necessary real-time decisions to ensure excellent dining experience and successful operation
  • Ensure a safe and productive work environment for team members
  • Produce and develop a work environment focusing on team members' safety and wellbeing
  • Conduct regular safety assessments and ensure proper investigation and reporting of incidents
  • Manage and develop team members to meet executional and procedural standards
  • Interview, hire, supervise, develop, and, when necessary, terminate team members
  • Conduct new hire orientations and oversee training of new team members
  • Provide ongoing feedback, establish performance expectations, and conduct performance reviews
  • Manage personnel records using HRIS
  • Utilize and manage team member trainings using LMS
  • Oversee and manage team member timecards and time-off requests
  • Maintain accurate plans for restaurant staffing and prepare schedules
  • Ensure positive guest service and respond appropriately to complaints and suggestions
  • Enforce sanitary practices and ensure compliance with operational standards and laws
  • Supervise portion control and minimize waste
  • Estimate food needs, place orders, and ensure timely delivery of fresh food and supplies
  • Ensure adherence to company standards to increase sales and minimize costs
  • Complete financial and payroll administrative duties accurately and on time
  • Work with management team and Area Director to achieve financial and metrical goals
