Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 4-6 years of prior experience in family, fast-food or casual dining restaurant preferred
- Prior leadership experience required
- Ability to work varied shifts including weekends
- Available to stand and walk for long periods
- Ability to lift, push, and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending and stooping
- Ability to communicate verbally and use vision effectively
- Compliance with safety and sanitation guidelines
- Basic computer literacy
- Adherence to company policies and local laws
- Ability to maintain a safe work environment
- Willingness to coach and mentor staff
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations and staff following company policies and laws
- Recruit, hire, train, and supervise employees
- Foster a positive restaurant culture with high employee engagement
- Coach and mentor team members to ensure guest satisfaction
- Communicate sales performance and implement corporate initiatives
- Enforce safety and health standards including OSHA compliance
- Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and operational efficiency
- Control costs by managing food, labor, inventory and schedules
- Maintain facility and company assets
- Handle cash control, financial reporting and profit management
- Resolve guest complaints and ensure a welcoming atmosphere
- Promote sales through suggestive selling and maximizing table turnover
- Perform all other duties as assigned
