Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Physical stamina to work 50-80 hours per week
  • Ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach with hands and arms, talk, listen, close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception
  • Occasionally able to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Willingness to work overtime, holidays, weekends, and days off as business dictates

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • Reliable transportation

  • Ability to use basic math including addition, subtraction, and understand basic fractions
  • Experience in managing a team is preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Capability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant
  • Proficiency in inventory management and cash handling
  • Willingness to follow company systems and procedures with integrity

Job Duties

  • Manage staff Assistant Managers and approximately 15-30 employees depending on location
  • Assign, oversee, and evaluate work for compliance
  • Manage hiring, training, evaluating, discipline, and termination of employees
  • Provide on the job training and coaching for new employees
  • Delegate ordering, receipt, storage, and issuing of all food, labor, equipment, cleaning, and paper supplies
  • Assist in the supervision, preparation, sales, and service of food
  • Forecast food items to estimate consumption per shift
  • Supervise food preparation and service operations while on duty
  • Assist team members during rush periods to ensure efficiency
  • Greet customers, take orders, use the cash register, assemble orders, and check for completeness and accuracy
  • Ensure every customer receives world-class customer service
  • Complete daily food preparations including meat and vegetable slicing, portioning, and rotating products
  • Execute systems and procedures with 100% integrity and completeness
  • Complete daily, weekly, and periodic paperwork accurately
  • Control inventory using weekly inventory systems and maintain regular ordering schedules
  • Conduct weekly manager meetings
  • Audit systems and procedures as well as end of shift paperwork
  • Complete preventative maintenance and upkeep on store equipment and supplies
  • Manage 100% of the cash drawers during the shift
  • Manage deposits and change orders per Deposit Operating Procedure
  • Perform other related duties as required
