Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must have reliable transportation
- Physical stamina to work 50-80 hours per week
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach with hands and arms, talk, listen, close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception
- Occasionally able to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work overtime, holidays, weekends, and days off as business dictates
Job Qualifications

- Ability to use basic math including addition, subtraction, and understand basic fractions
- Experience in managing a team is preferred

- Willingness to follow company systems and procedures with integrity
Job Duties
- Manage staff Assistant Managers and approximately 15-30 employees depending on location
- Assign, oversee, and evaluate work for compliance
- Manage hiring, training, evaluating, discipline, and termination of employees
- Provide on the job training and coaching for new employees
- Delegate ordering, receipt, storage, and issuing of all food, labor, equipment, cleaning, and paper supplies
- Assist in the supervision, preparation, sales, and service of food
- Forecast food items to estimate consumption per shift
- Supervise food preparation and service operations while on duty
- Assist team members during rush periods to ensure efficiency
- Greet customers, take orders, use the cash register, assemble orders, and check for completeness and accuracy
- Ensure every customer receives world-class customer service
- Complete daily food preparations including meat and vegetable slicing, portioning, and rotating products
- Execute systems and procedures with 100% integrity and completeness
- Complete daily, weekly, and periodic paperwork accurately
- Control inventory using weekly inventory systems and maintain regular ordering schedules
- Conduct weekly manager meetings
- Audit systems and procedures as well as end of shift paperwork
- Complete preventative maintenance and upkeep on store equipment and supplies
- Manage 100% of the cash drawers during the shift
- Manage deposits and change orders per Deposit Operating Procedure
- Perform other related duties as required
