Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 4-6 years of relevant restaurant leadership experience
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends
  • Compliance with state alcohol-serving age requirements if applicable
  • Capability to stand for entire shift and walk long distances
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Effective communication skills
  • Able to use hands for handling objects and controls
  • Ability to bend and stoop
  • Adequate vision including close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception
  • Meet safety and sanitation standards
  • Willingness to model professional appearance
  • Able to perform multiple tasks and manage time efficiently

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations including staff supervision and adherence to company policies
  • Recruit, interview, hire, train, and develop employees
  • Plan, assign, and direct work while appraising employee performance and addressing disciplinary actions
  • Foster a positive restaurant culture and promote high employee engagement
  • Coach and mentor team members to ensure job success and guest satisfaction
  • Model professional behavior and create a friendly, hospitable environment
  • Communicate sales performance and corporate initiatives to management team
  • Assist team members with duties as needed
  • Drive sales growth through suggestive selling and maximizing table turnover
  • Meet and greet guests and resolve food quality or service complaints
  • Maintain cost controls including food, labor, and operational expenses
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, health, safety, and security policies
  • Monitor cleanliness and food quality standards
  • Manage inventory, cash control, and scheduling using company systems
  • Maintain restaurant equipment, facilities, and assets
  • Perform all other assigned duties
