Job Description
This job opening is for a General Manager position at a restaurant operating under the McDonald's brand but is independently owned and operated by a franchisee, separate from McDonald's USA. This franchisee holds the license to use McDonald's logos and food products but remains a distinct company that manages its own employment matters. Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Prior experience managing a high volume restaurant
- Ability to lead and develop teams
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Availability to work flexible hours
- Commitment to maintaining high quality and cleanliness standards
Job Qualifications
- Previous general manager experience running high volume locations
- Experience in quick service restaurants preferred
- Experience in hospitality or retail considered an asset
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- At least 18 years of age
Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant while ensuring quality, service, and cleanliness standards are met
- Work collaboratively with leaders to set restaurant goals and develop plans to achieve them
- Lead and manage a team of Department Managers including setting goals, monitoring progress, and coaching
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
- Ensure high standards of customer service and operational excellence
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and resolve operational issues
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages team engagement and growth
