Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous management experience in a quick service restaurant environment
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- strong leadership and decision-making abilities
- excellent organizational and time management skills
- physical capability to be on feet for extended periods
- good computer skills for reporting and scheduling
- ability to handle confidential and sensitive information responsibly
- compliance with company policies and relevant labor regulations

- strong knowledge of sales and financial management including labor and food cost control

- proficiency in inventory control and cash handling practices

Job Duties
- achieve sales, labor, and food cost targets for store profitability
- supervise and direct staff including hiring, training, evaluating, disciplining, and scheduling
- monitor and control variable operating expenses including labor and food costs
- maintain security and safety of the store and its assets
- oversee cash handling and financial reporting including bank deposits and safe security
- monitor inventory levels and control cost of goods while maintaining product quality
- coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and repair of equipment and facilities
- implement promotional, marketing, and public relations activities as directed
- ensure compliance with all company policies and relevant federal and state regulations
- maintain accurate employee timekeeping and payroll records
- foster positive relations with mall management and participate in merchant and marketing committees
- act as a working manager on the front line supporting team members
- perform all duties safely and effectively according to established guidelines
- perform other duties as assigned
