Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous management experience in a quick service restaurant environment
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • strong leadership and decision-making abilities
  • excellent organizational and time management skills
  • physical capability to be on feet for extended periods
  • good computer skills for reporting and scheduling
  • ability to handle confidential and sensitive information responsibly
  • compliance with company policies and relevant labor regulations

Job Qualifications

  • proven experience in general management or similar leadership role within quick service restaurants
  • strong knowledge of sales and financial management including labor and food cost control
  • excellent staff management and team leadership skills
  • ability to recruit, hire, train, and develop employees
  • knowledge of safety, health, and compliance regulations
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • proficiency in inventory control and cash handling practices
  • experience with promotional and marketing activities
  • working knowledge of scheduling software and labor laws
  • commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences

Job Duties

  • achieve sales, labor, and food cost targets for store profitability
  • supervise and direct staff including hiring, training, evaluating, disciplining, and scheduling
  • monitor and control variable operating expenses including labor and food costs
  • maintain security and safety of the store and its assets
  • oversee cash handling and financial reporting including bank deposits and safe security
  • monitor inventory levels and control cost of goods while maintaining product quality
  • coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and repair of equipment and facilities
  • implement promotional, marketing, and public relations activities as directed
  • ensure compliance with all company policies and relevant federal and state regulations
  • maintain accurate employee timekeeping and payroll records
  • foster positive relations with mall management and participate in merchant and marketing committees
  • act as a working manager on the front line supporting team members
  • perform all duties safely and effectively according to established guidelines
  • perform other duties as assigned
