Job Requirements
- bachelor’s degree
- 5 or more years of management experience in full service kitchen bar restaurant and food service operations
- strong analytical and decision-making skills
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work varying shifts including weekends holidays and extended workdays
- ability to walk bend stand for periods of time
- ability to lift objects with some assistance

Job Duties
- help develop financial operational plans and budgets and monitor their performance to achieve your center’s financial goals including driving food and beverage sales
- review and control labor costs and other expenses
- manage the day-to-day operations of your center including scheduling planning organizing and communicating effectively with your team
- supervise and direct regular training for all staff members ensuring their proficiency in guest service food and beverage operations loss prevention and company operating standards
- supervise direct reports which may include assistant general managers facility managers kitchen managers and event managers
- manage multiple departments and conduct regular meetings with management team to review performance and offer direction
- review profit and loss statements weekly and monthly and adjust action plans accordingly
- maintain high team morale and address center-level HR and loss prevention issues
- achieve and maintain overall guest service goals ensuring customer complaints are resolved appropriately
- oversee and expand your center’s food and beverage program ensuring highest quality standards and exceptional guest satisfaction
- provide ongoing training and supervision to ensure consistent execution of corporate initiatives and standards
- work varying shifts including weekends holidays and extended workdays as needed by your center
