Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior leadership experience
- Minimum 4-6 years in family, fast-food, or casual dining
- Knowledge of state alcohol serving age requirements for managers
- Ability to stand for long periods and walk
- Ability to push, lift, carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and use hands effectively
- Ability to taste, smell, and verbally communicate
- Visual acuity including close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
- Ability to access all restaurant areas
- Commitment to adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines
- Ability to work flexible shifts and weekends
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a leadership role
- 4-6 years of experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- College and/or culinary schooling preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution abilities
- Strong planning and organization skills
- Dedication to exceptional guest service
- Excellent computer skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- Assign and direct work, appraise performance, reward and discipline employees including termination
- Address complaints and resolve problems
- Foster a high level of employee engagement and shape restaurant culture
- Coach and mentor team members to ensure success on the job and guest satisfaction
- Model professional behavior while creating a warm and hospitable atmosphere
- Communicate sales performance and cascade corporate initiatives to the team
- Assist team members with job duties as needed
- Champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
- Maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- Meet and greet guests, investigate and resolve food quality/service issues
- Maintain efficient operations, appropriate cost controls, and profit management
- Ensure OSHA, local health and safety, and company safety/security policies are met
- Enforce safe work behaviors for guest and crew safety
- Monitor daily activities to ensure food quality and cleanliness
- Control cash, inventory, food, labor, schedules, finances, and take appropriate actions
- Manage food cost, labor cost, and controllable items
- Follow recipes and portion control and complete weekly inventory
- Optimize weekly employee schedules and monitor sales performance
- Ensure proper use of restaurant equipment
- Maintain facility and company assets
- Perform all other duties as assigned
