Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 4-6 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant management preferred
- Prior experience in a leadership role required
- Ability to work a variety of shifts and weekends
- Ability to stand and walk long periods during shift
- Ability to push, lift, carry, and transfer up to 50 pounds
- Knowledge of OSHA, health and safety codes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong planning, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer literacy
- Ability to manage multiple projects

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- Plan, assign, and direct work
- Appraise performance and reward or discipline employees as necessary, including termination
- Address complaints and resolve problems
- Shape restaurant culture and ensure high employee engagement
- Coach and mentor team members for success and guest satisfaction
- Model professional behavior creating a warm and hospitable atmosphere
- Communicate sales performance and anticipated variances
- Cascade corporate programs and initiatives to staff
- Occasionally assist team members with job duties
- Champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
- Maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- Greet guests and resolve food quality or service issues
- Maintain efficient operations with appropriate cost controls
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, health, safety, and security policies
- Enforce safe work practices
- Monitor daily activities to uphold food quality and cleanliness
- Control cash, inventory, food and labor costs
- Review financial reports and schedules
- Manage P&L, food cost, labor cost, and other controllable items
- Control food costs through recipe and portion control
- Optimize employee schedules and monitor sales performance
- Ensure proper use of equipment
- Maintain facility and all company assets
- Perform other duties as assigned
