Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 plus years of management experience related to full service kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
- Ability to work varying shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended hours
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to manage multiple departments and lead a team
- Physical ability to walk, bend, stand for periods, and lift objects with assistance
- Knowledge of POS systems
- Excellent communication skills

Job Duties
- Develop and monitor financial operational plans and budgets to achieve center's financial goals including driving food and beverage sales
- Manage day-to-day operations of the center including scheduling, planning, organizing, and communication with team
- Supervise and direct regular training for all staff ensuring proficiency in guest service and operational standards
- Conduct regular meetings with management team to review center performance and adjust action plans
- Maintain high team morale and address HR or loss prevention issues
- Ensure guest service goals are met and customer complaints are resolved satisfactorily
- Oversee the management and expansion of the center's food and beverage program ensuring high quality and guest satisfaction
- Work varying shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required
