Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5 plus years of management experience related to full service kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
  • Ability to work varying shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended hours
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to manage multiple departments and lead a team
  • Physical ability to walk, bend, stand for periods, and lift objects with assistance
  • Knowledge of POS systems
  • Excellent communication skills

Job Duties

  • Develop and monitor financial operational plans and budgets to achieve center's financial goals including driving food and beverage sales
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the center including scheduling, planning, organizing, and communication with team
  • Supervise and direct regular training for all staff ensuring proficiency in guest service and operational standards
  • Conduct regular meetings with management team to review center performance and adjust action plans
  • Maintain high team morale and address HR or loss prevention issues
  • Ensure guest service goals are met and customer complaints are resolved satisfactorily
  • Oversee the management and expansion of the center's food and beverage program ensuring high quality and guest satisfaction
  • Work varying shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required
