Job Requirements
- 3-5+ years of restaurant management experience in high volume, full-service environment
- Must have a passion for hospitality
- Results driven, trustworthy, and team oriented
- Food Manager Certification
- Bachelor’s degree or certification in hospitality or culinary field is preferred

Job Duties
- Create, present, and adjust yearly and quarterly operating plans to reflect current sales and performance
- Drive top line sales through exceptional guest experiences, strategic community partnerships, and leadership
- Manage controllable expenses and implement systems for cost control
- Ensure accurate labor management and weekly schedule reviews per department
- Maintain a safe and organized restaurant environment
- Partner with the Chef de Cuisine to ensure culinary quality and excellence
- Lead the Bar Manager in curating a premium cocktail and spirits program
