Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in restaurant operations or management
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities
- Physical ability to perform tasks related to food preparation and cleanliness
- Good communication skills in the primary language(s) of the location
- Compliance with all food safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- Previous restaurant management experience
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Solid understanding of business operations including P&L management and sales forecasting
- Excellent communication skills in the primary language(s) of the location
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to develop and implement marketing and community engagement programs
- Friendly and enthusiastic attitude with a passion for guest experience
Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations including food safety and cleanliness standards
- Hire, train, and develop restaurant team members
- Manage profit and loss, sales forecasting, and staffing to drive business success
- Ensure an outstanding guest experience is delivered consistently
- Implement creative marketing initiatives such as fundraisers and community engagement
- Monitor inventory control and supply chain communication
- Lead by example by assisting team members where needed
