Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in restaurant operations or management
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities
  • Physical ability to perform tasks related to food preparation and cleanliness
  • Good communication skills in the primary language(s) of the location
  • Compliance with all food safety regulations

Job Qualifications

  • Previous restaurant management experience
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Solid understanding of business operations including P&L management and sales forecasting
  • Excellent communication skills in the primary language(s) of the location
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Ability to develop and implement marketing and community engagement programs
  • Friendly and enthusiastic attitude with a passion for guest experience

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations including food safety and cleanliness standards
  • Hire, train, and develop restaurant team members
  • Manage profit and loss, sales forecasting, and staffing to drive business success
  • Ensure an outstanding guest experience is delivered consistently
  • Implement creative marketing initiatives such as fundraisers and community engagement
  • Monitor inventory control and supply chain communication
  • Lead by example by assisting team members where needed
