Job Requirements
- College degree required
- Minimum of five years experience in restaurant operations
- Multi-unit store management experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, accounting, budgeting, and administrative procedures
- Strong PC skills
- Good supervisory, organizational and communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Minimal travel between assigned stores

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality service
- Develop and oversee budgets and financial reporting
- Conduct employee recruitment, interview, and hiring processes
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
- Lead, train, and motivate staff across multiple locations
- Analyze operational data to identify and implement improvements
- Coordinate administrative activities and reporting
