Job Requirements

  • College degree required
  • Minimum of five years experience in restaurant operations
  • Multi-unit store management experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, accounting, budgeting, and administrative procedures
  • Strong PC skills
  • Good supervisory, organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Minimal travel between assigned stores

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality service
  • Develop and oversee budgets and financial reporting
  • Conduct employee recruitment, interview, and hiring processes
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Lead, train, and motivate staff across multiple locations
  • Analyze operational data to identify and implement improvements
  • Coordinate administrative activities and reporting
