Job Requirements
- At least 21 years old
- Previous experience as a general manager in a high volume restaurant
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to set and achieve goals
- Experience managing teams of department and shift managers
- Excellent communication skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Commitment to maintaining McDonald’s quality, service, and cleanliness standards
Job Qualifications
- Previous general manager experience running high volume locations
- Background in quick service restaurants preferred or experience in hospitality or retail
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to set and achieve operational goals
- Excellent communication and coaching abilities
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant meeting McDonald’s critical customer standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Work with leadership to set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
- Lead and develop a team of Department Managers by setting goals and providing coaching
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
- Monitor department progress and implement improvements to enhance restaurant performance
- Ensure efficient restaurant operations while maintaining high standards
- Promote a positive work environment through energy, purpose, and coaching
