Job Requirements

  • At least 21 years old
  • Previous experience as a general manager in a high volume restaurant
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to set and achieve goals
  • Experience managing teams of department and shift managers
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • Commitment to maintaining McDonald’s quality, service, and cleanliness standards

Job Qualifications

  • Previous general manager experience running high volume locations
  • Background in quick service restaurants preferred or experience in hospitality or retail
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to set and achieve operational goals
  • Excellent communication and coaching abilities
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Run a profitable restaurant meeting McDonald’s critical customer standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Work with leadership to set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
  • Lead and develop a team of Department Managers by setting goals and providing coaching
  • Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
  • Monitor department progress and implement improvements to enhance restaurant performance
  • Ensure efficient restaurant operations while maintaining high standards
  • Promote a positive work environment through energy, purpose, and coaching
