Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management or related role
  • Demonstrated leadership and team-building capabilities
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Proficiency with HRIS, LMS, and payroll systems
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work full-time with flexible hours including weekends
  • Must comply with company core values and culture
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively
  • Valid food handler’s certification preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred

Job Duties

  • Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant and make real-time decisions to ensure excellent dining experiences
  • Ensure a safe and productive work environment for team members
  • Conduct regular safety assessments and investigate incidents as necessary
  • Manage hiring, training, supervision, development, and termination of team members
  • Conduct new hire orientations and oversee ongoing training
  • Develop team members through feedback, performance expectations, and reviews
  • Manage personnel records, timecards, and schedules
  • Ensure positive guest service and address complaints effectively
  • Enforce food safety, cleanliness, and compliance with laws and company policies
  • Supervise portion control and food preparation standards
  • Estimate food needs and coordinate orders with vendors
  • Monitor financial standards to increase sales and minimize costs
  • Complete financial and payroll administrative duties accurately and on time
  • Work with management team to achieve financial and metrical goals
