Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
  • minimum of 3 years experience in retail management or related field
  • capability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • proficiency with financial statement analysis and inventory management
  • ability to enforce company policies consistently
  • valid driver's license if required for vehicle maintenance duties

Job Duties

  • Acquire and maintain customers
  • compliance with all applicable federal, state and local statutes
  • decipher, prepare and review financial statements and store reports
  • ensure adequate availability of merchandise at all times
  • fill out paperwork for submission to corporate support
  • follow monthly marketing plans
  • implement sales and marketing programs
  • maintain company vehicles within safe operating standards
  • managing inventory and cash assets
  • meeting company standards for quality, customer service and safety
  • meeting sales and revenue goals, implementing marketing and growth plans
  • prepare daily work schedules, assign tasks, evaluate employee performance
  • discipline, enforce company policy and terminate when appropriate
  • provide a safe, clean environment for customers and associates
  • recruit, hire, and train to ensure efficient operations
  • set goals and conduct weekly staff meetings
