Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- two years of college preferred
- minimum four years of relevant leadership experience in restaurant or comparable industry
- proficiency in English speaking, reading, and verbal comprehension
- strong math skills
- proficiency with Windows-based computer systems
- completion or willingness to complete certification training including GURU, Foundations Training, Serve Safe Essentials, Anti-Harassment Training, and HR Compliance Training
- ability to work long and/or irregular hours including extra shifts

- demonstrated leadership and development skills with minimum four years of excellent performance in restaurant or retail/hospitality industry
- English proficiency for clear communication
- strong math and computer literacy
- completion or willingness to complete internal certification training programs
Job Duties
- Leads operations excellence by directing efficient product preparation and preventive maintenance
- motivates and directs team members to exceed customer expectations with food and friendly service
- provides coaching and feedback to crew and managers to build team talent
- manages restaurant profit and loss by implementing marketing strategies and financial controls
- enforces compliance with government regulations, food safety, and company policies
