Job Requirements
- minimum 2 years experience at the level of assistant manager or greater
- ability to hire train and coach crew members and develop future leaders
- experience with ordering from vendors receiving orders and inventory control
- knowledge of labor food cost and other cost management for operation
- ability to oversee day to day operations of a restaurant
