Job Requirements

  • minimum 2 years experience at the level of assistant manager or greater
  • ability to hire train and coach crew members and develop future leaders
  • experience with ordering from vendors receiving orders and inventory control
  • knowledge of labor food cost and other cost management for operation
  • ability to oversee day to day operations of a restaurant

Job Qualifications

  • manager ServSafe certification or similar preferred but not required
