Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory or managerial role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team
  • Basic knowledge of business operations and financial management
  • Passion for customer service and quality

  • Ensure every item served meets Wendy's quality standards
  • Keep the Wendy's spirit alive in the restaurant
  • Develop team members' skills and help them advance
