Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of college or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum four years excellent performance leadership experience in BURGER KING or similar restaurant or retail/hospitality setting
  • Proficiency in English language for clear communication
  • Strong math skills
  • Computer literacy with Windows operating system
  • Completion or willingness to complete required internal training programs
  • Ability to work long or irregular hours, including extra shifts as necessary

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of college or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum of four years of demonstrated leadership and development skills in a BURGER KING restaurant or comparable environment
  • Proficient English language skills with clear speech and verbal comprehension
  • Strong math skills and Windows-based computer literacy
  • Completion or willingness to complete internal certification training programs including GURU Certified, Foundations Training Certified, Serve Safe Essentials, Anti-Harassment Training, and HR Compliance Training
  • Experience in people leadership and management tools
  • Knowledge of employment laws and policies
  • Ability to analyze financial reports and apply marketing strategies

Job Duties

  • Leads operations excellence by directing food preparation, sales, and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Leads shift using mission statement and values to motivate team and exceed customer expectations
  • Builds team talent by coaching, recruiting, selecting, and retaining effective crew and management members
  • Manages restaurant profit and loss by implementing marketing strategies, cash controls, inventory management, and financial reporting
  • Ensures restaurant compliance with government regulations, company policies, food safety, and sanitation standards
  • Provides operations direction and coaches team members for smooth restaurant functioning
  • Monitors and resolves restaurant operational issues including equipment and service bottlenecks
