Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of college or equivalent preferred
- Minimum four years excellent performance leadership experience in BURGER KING or similar restaurant or retail/hospitality setting
- Proficiency in English language for clear communication
- Strong math skills
- Computer literacy with Windows operating system
- Completion or willingness to complete required internal training programs
- Ability to work long or irregular hours, including extra shifts as necessary
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of college or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of four years of demonstrated leadership and development skills in a BURGER KING restaurant or comparable environment
- Proficient English language skills with clear speech and verbal comprehension
- Strong math skills and Windows-based computer literacy
- Completion or willingness to complete internal certification training programs including GURU Certified, Foundations Training Certified, Serve Safe Essentials, Anti-Harassment Training, and HR Compliance Training
- Experience in people leadership and management tools
- Knowledge of employment laws and policies
- Ability to analyze financial reports and apply marketing strategies
Job Duties
- Leads operations excellence by directing food preparation, sales, and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction
- Leads shift using mission statement and values to motivate team and exceed customer expectations
- Builds team talent by coaching, recruiting, selecting, and retaining effective crew and management members
- Manages restaurant profit and loss by implementing marketing strategies, cash controls, inventory management, and financial reporting
- Ensures restaurant compliance with government regulations, company policies, food safety, and sanitation standards
- Provides operations direction and coaches team members for smooth restaurant functioning
- Monitors and resolves restaurant operational issues including equipment and service bottlenecks
