Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and workplace safety practices
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills

- Ability to use HRIS and payroll systems
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant and make real-time decisions to ensure excellent dining experiences
- Ensure a safe and productive work environment for team members
- Produce and develop a work environment that focuses on team members' safety and wellbeing
- Conduct regular safety assessments and investigate any injuries
- Manage and develop all team members to meet procedural standards
- Interview, hire, supervise, train, and terminate team members as necessary
- Conduct new hire orientations and oversee ongoing training and mentoring
- Manage team member records and training using HRIS and LMS systems
- Oversee timecards and time-off requests using Timekeeping and Payroll systems
- Maintain accurate staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage
- Ensure positive guest service and respond to complaints effectively
- Enforce sanitary practices and maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas
- Ensure compliance with operational standards, policies, and laws
- Supervise food preparation quality and maintain restaurant appearance standards
- Control portion sizes and inventory to minimize waste
- Estimate food needs, place vendor orders, and ensure timely deliveries
- Manage adherence to company standards to increase sales and minimize costs
- Complete financial and administrative duties accurately and on time
- Collaborate with Area Director to meet or exceed financial goals
