Job Requirements

  • 4-5 years of management experience and previous restaurant General Manager experience
  • general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations
  • ability to manage and direct the work of others
  • ability to champion change
  • passion for training and developing the team
  • ability to analyze a Profit and Loss statement

Job Qualifications

  • 4-5 years of management experience
  • previous restaurant General Manager experience
  • general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
  • knowledge of responsible alcohol service and security procedures
  • ability to analyze Profit and Loss statements
  • strong leadership and team development skills
  • passion for training and developing employees

Job Duties

  • create legendary experiences for guests
  • oversee local restaurant marketing initiatives
  • manage Profit and Loss statement results
  • lead and develop the restaurant management team
  • implement performance, engagement, and training initiatives
  • coordinate community connection and fundraising activities
  • ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations
