Job Requirements
- 4-5 years of management experience and previous restaurant General Manager experience
- general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations
- ability to manage and direct the work of others
- ability to champion change
- passion for training and developing the team
- ability to analyze a Profit and Loss statement
Job Qualifications
- 4-5 years of management experience
