Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management or similar role
- proven ability to meet financial goals

Job Duties
- Meets restaurant financial objectives by preparing annual forecasts and budgets
- analyzes variances
- initiates corrective actions
- follows and monitors financial controls
- develops and implements strategies to increase average meal checks
- attracts patrons by developing and implementing local store marketing and public and community relations programs
- evaluates program results and makes adjustments
- identifies and tracks changing market demands
- controls purchases and inventory by projecting sales, evaluating product usage reports, setting inventory limits, analyzing food cost variances, and taking corrective action
- recruits, selects, and hires restaurant crew and hourly management
- provides and directs orientation and training
- coaches and counsels staff
- completes performance reviews
- manages restaurant scheduling
- resolves customer complaints
- oversees weekly inventory and cash counts and deposits
- enforces company policies and procedures including safety and security
- ensures recipe compliance and food quality
- maintains safe and healthy environment by enforcing food safety standards and compliance
- implements all training and brand programs
- ensures facility and equipment maintenance
- takes responsibility for timely and accurate administrative tasks including incident reports and health inspection responses
- attends off-site meetings and training
