Job Duties
- Oversee all people and operations for the Wendy's restaurant
- Create and sustain a fun and inviting work environment
- Model Wendy's core values every day
- Work with leadership team to create culture of consistency and performance
- Drive customer service, training, development, sales, profit growth, and accountability
- Manage P&L to control costs and achieve profit targets
- Identify areas of opportunity in revenue growth, customer service, and process improvement
