Job Requirements
- Be at least 21 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year management experience
- Availability to work 45 hours per week including evenings and weekends
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to manage change in the workplace
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and POS software
- Ability to stand, bend, scoop, and lift up to 40 pounds regularly
- Comfortable working in walk-in coolers and freezers occasionally
- Pass a background check
- Reliable transportation
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Be willing to learn and apply coaching
- Follow safety and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications
- Minimum high school degree or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certification preferred
- At least 1 year of management experience including profit and loss management
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and POS software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Bilingual skills a plus
Job Duties
- Manage profit and loss statements
- Oversee store-level sales and financial metrics including staffing and inventory costs
- Maintain operational excellence and lead by example
- Create and execute store plans aligned to regional and company initiatives
- Analyze financial reports to identify trends and address performance issues
- Train, coach, and discipline team members and shift managers
- Ensure compliance with all food safety, cash handling, and operational policies
