Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant leadership or management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams effectively

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or a supervisory role

  • Overall performance of the restaurant

  • Ensuring food safety, staff development and profitability
