Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of two years experience in restaurant or retail management
  • availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • ability to stand and move throughout the shift
  • strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • capability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure

Job Duties

  • lead and motivate restaurant team members to achieve operational goals
  • oversee hiring, training, and development of staff
  • ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
  • manage daily restaurant operations including inventory and cash handling
  • monitor and analyze financial performance including profit and loss management
  • implement marketing strategies and promotions to drive sales
  • maintain excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns promptly
