Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • 5+ years management experience in restaurant, hotel, retail, or general business
  • proven leadership and performance record as a casual dining or full service restaurant manager
  • ServSafe, local and state regulatory certificates or ability to obtain
  • proficiency in verbal and written English

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • 5+ years management experience in restaurant, hotel, retail, or general business
  • 3+ years consistent achievement of highly distinguished business results as a Restaurant Manager preferred
  • demonstrated excellence in service and culinary manager positions
  • proven leadership and performance record as a casual dining or full service restaurant manager
  • ServSafe, local and state regulatory certificates or ability to obtain
  • proficiency in verbal and written English
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage restaurant operations through a team of managers and crew
  • implement and live Red Lobster's principles and culture
  • drive operational excellence focusing on culinary, beverage, and service quality
  • create an exceptional crew experience
  • achieve balanced business results including guest satisfaction, employee engagement, process improvement, and financial goals
