- 5+ years management experience in restaurant, hotel, retail, or general business
- proven leadership and performance record as a casual dining or full service restaurant manager
- ServSafe, local and state regulatory certificates or ability to obtain
- proficiency in verbal and written English

- 5+ years management experience in restaurant, hotel, retail, or general business
- 3+ years consistent achievement of highly distinguished business results as a Restaurant Manager preferred
- demonstrated excellence in service and culinary manager positions
- proven leadership and performance record as a casual dining or full service restaurant manager
- ServSafe, local and state regulatory certificates or ability to obtain
- proficiency in verbal and written English
- Bachelor's degree preferred
Job Duties
- Lead and manage restaurant operations through a team of managers and crew
- implement and live Red Lobster's principles and culture
- drive operational excellence focusing on culinary, beverage, and service quality
- create an exceptional crew experience
- achieve balanced business results including guest satisfaction, employee engagement, process improvement, and financial goals
- oversee compliance with health and safety regulations
