Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in retail or food service
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- must be able to work on feet for extended periods

- ability to manage and lead a diverse team
- basic computer skills for scheduling and reporting

Job Duties
- Achieve sales, labor, and food cost targets for store profitability
- supervise and direct store staff and make staffing decisions with appropriate approvals
- ensure guest satisfaction and maintain product quality and safety standards
- manage cash handling and timely processing of financial reports
- monitor inventory levels, production efficiency, and control waste and unauthorized giveaways
- recruit, interview, hire, train, and evaluate staff
- enforce uniform and appearance standards
- create and manage staff schedules, including personal schedule coordination
- provide leadership including coaching, counseling, disciplining, and terminating employees
- conduct physical inventory and ensure accurate employee timekeeping
- review and authorize vendor invoices and maintain equipment and facility maintenance
- coordinate promotional, marketing, and public relations activities
- comply with all company policies and relevant federal and state regulations
- serve as a working manager collaborating with front-line team members
- perform other duties as assigned
