Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in managing food service or retail operations
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- excellent problem-solving skills
- basic computer proficiency
- capability to stand and walk for extended periods
- must pass background check and drug screening
- valid work authorization in the United States

Job Duties
- Achieve sales, labor, and food cost targets for store profitability
- supervise and direct store staff including hiring, training, evaluating, disciplining, and scheduling
- ensure compliance with uniform policy and dress code
- manage inventory levels and control waste and unauthorized giveaways
- maintain security and safety of the store
- oversee cash handling and processing of financial reports
- coordinate store maintenance, cleaning, and equipment repairs
- execute promotional, marketing, advertising, and public relations activities as directed
- maintain good relations with mall management and participate in merchant associations and marketing committees
