Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in managing food service or retail operations
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • excellent problem-solving skills
  • basic computer proficiency
  • capability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • must pass background check and drug screening
  • valid work authorization in the United States

Job Duties

  • Achieve sales, labor, and food cost targets for store profitability
  • supervise and direct store staff including hiring, training, evaluating, disciplining, and scheduling
  • ensure compliance with uniform policy and dress code
  • manage inventory levels and control waste and unauthorized giveaways
  • maintain security and safety of the store
  • oversee cash handling and processing of financial reports
  • coordinate store maintenance, cleaning, and equipment repairs
  • execute promotional, marketing, advertising, and public relations activities as directed
  • maintain good relations with mall management and participate in merchant associations and marketing committees
