Job Requirements

  • college degree or equivalent experience in operations
  • 1-2 years management or operations experience in the restaurant industry
  • must be able to perform all restaurant operations positions and functions
  • standing for long periods of time without a break
  • able to meet the requirements of all subordinate positions
  • possess a valid drivers license
  • willing to travel to multiple stores as needed
  • able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • able to work in hot and cold environments
  • conduct physical inspections of all restaurant areas

Job Qualifications

  • college degree or equivalent experience in operations
  • 1-2 years management or operations experience in the restaurant industry
  • familiarity with Wendy's operating systems and procedures
  • knowledge of Wendy's policies and procedures
  • understanding of supervisory practices
  • capable of performing all restaurant operations positions and functions
  • skills in planning and budgeting

Job Duties

  • execute store plan to achieve established standards
  • manage staffing and personnel training
  • operate and maintain the store to maximize customer satisfaction
  • analyze P&L and implement corrective measures
  • conduct interviews and oversee employee development
  • perform physical inspections of the restaurant
  • travel to multiple stores as needed
