Job Requirements
- college degree or equivalent experience in operations
- 1-2 years management or operations experience in the restaurant industry
- must be able to perform all restaurant operations positions and functions
- standing for long periods of time without a break
- able to meet the requirements of all subordinate positions
- possess a valid drivers license
- willing to travel to multiple stores as needed
- able to lift up to 50 lbs
- able to work in hot and cold environments
- conduct physical inspections of all restaurant areas
Job Qualifications

- familiarity with Wendy's operating systems and procedures

Job Duties
- execute store plan to achieve established standards
- manage staffing and personnel training
- operate and maintain the store to maximize customer satisfaction
- analyze P&L and implement corrective measures
- conduct interviews and oversee employee development
- perform physical inspections of the restaurant
- travel to multiple stores as needed
