Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- relevant experience in fitness facility management or similar industry
- strong leadership and organizational skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- proficiency with software programs used in club operations
- ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- capability to analyze and improve sales performance
- availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends

- Thorough understanding of facility operations according to company standards
- comprehensive knowledge of operational, sales, and management systems
- proficiency in facility software programs
- demonstrated leadership and staff management skills
- proven track record of personal production success
- skilled in conducting production meetings
- ability to interpret sales reporting to drive positive change
- complete understanding of GM position and compensation plan
- in-depth knowledge of company policies and procedures
