- Thorough understanding of facility operations as defined by company standards
- Comprehensive knowledge of facility operational, sales, and management systems
- Proficiency in software programs used at the facility
- Experience in motivating and managing staff
- Proven track record of personal production success
- Ability to lead and run effective production meetings
- Understanding of sales reporting and performance improvement
- Knowledge of GM position description and compensation plan
- Familiarity with company policies and procedures

- Manage all facets of gym operations effectively
- Drive revenue generation and meet financial goals
- Lead, motivate, and manage staff performance
- Conduct production meetings and sales reviews
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
- Utilize software programs for operational reporting and management
