Job Requirements

  • Reside within San Juan Capistrano California or nearby area
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience as General Manager in branded hotel
  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work overtime and irregular hours
  • Ability to speak and hear English proficiently
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 10 lbs
  • Ability to walk extended distances
  • Frequent sitting walking and standing
  • Familiarity with property management systems

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience as General Manager in branded hotel such as Marriott Hilton or Hyatt
  • Strong background in hotel operations sales and marketing
  • Excellent communication presentation organization time management and listening skills
  • Analytical skills for measuring business potential and value
  • Ability to interact successfully with all levels of customers and hotel management
  • Valid driver's license

Job Duties

  • Oversee all aspects of hotel operations including front desk housekeeping and food and beverage services
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing inquiries resolving complaints and providing personalized service
  • Manage and train hotel staff fostering a positive and productive work environment
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality
  • Monitor financial performance including budgeting forecasting and cost control measures
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the hotel and increase occupancy rates
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and staff
  • Other duties as assigned
