Job Requirements

  • bachelor’s degree in hospitality management business administration or related field preferred
  • minimum of 5 years experience in hotel management or a similar leadership role
  • ability to work full-time as an exempt employee
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • proficiency in using hotel management software and computer applications
  • excellent customer service orientation
  • ability to foster a collaborative work environment
  • strong decision-making and conflict resolution skills

Job Qualifications

  • proven ability to manage multiple departments and teams effectively

Job Duties

  • provide strong leadership to hotel staff including department heads to align with hotel goals
  • supervise hiring training scheduling evaluating and disciplining staff as necessary
  • foster a positive work environment encouraging teamwork collaboration and high morale
  • oversee day-to-day hotel operations including front desk housekeeping food and beverage and maintenance
  • develop and implement operational policies and procedures
  • monitor and analyze hotel performance metrics such as occupancy rates revenue per available room and guest satisfaction scores
  • address guest complaints promptly and implement guest experience enhancement strategies
