Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant or hospitality management
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation
  • strong leadership and team development skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • proficient in payroll and scheduling software
  • excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or similar leadership role
  • strong knowledge of food safety regulations and operational standards
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
  • experience managing financial reports, budgets, and payroll
  • competency in using Human Resources Information Systems and Learning Management Systems
  • ability to handle guest service issues effectively
  • skill in scheduling and labor management

Job Duties

  • Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant to ensure excellent guest experience and successful operation
  • ensure a safe and productive work environment for team members
  • manage and develop all team members to meet executional and procedural standards
  • interview and hire hourly team members, conduct orientations and training
  • manage team member personnel records and timekeeping systems
  • respond to guest complaints and suggestions to ensure positive service
  • enforce food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
  • supervise portion control and minimize waste
  • estimate food needs and manage vendor orders
  • control costs related to food, beverage, supplies, labor, and utilities
  • complete financial and payroll administrative duties accurately and on time
  • work with management team and Area Director to meet financial and operational goals
