Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in restaurant management or related field
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- strong leadership and decision-making skills
- experience with staff scheduling and payroll management
- knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
- capacity to work effectively under pressure

- reliable transportation to store locations
- ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams

- proven experience in a general manager or similar leadership role
- strong financial acumen with ability to manage sales, labor, and food costs
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- experience in team recruitment, training, and staff development
- knowledge of inventory management and cost control
- ability to maintain safety and security standards
- familiarity with quick-service restaurant operations
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- ability to comply with all federal and state regulations
- proficiency in cash handling and financial reporting
Job Duties
- Achieve sales, labor, and food cost targets for store profitability
- supervise and direct store staff including hiring, training, evaluating, and disciplining
- monitor and control variable operating expenses
- maintain security and safety of the store
- manage cash handling and financial reporting including bank deposits
- monitor inventory levels and control cost of goods
- schedule staff and communicate schedules to District Manager
- enforce uniform policy and personal appearance standards
- provide leadership and accountability to team
- conduct accurate physical inventory and ensure timekeeping accuracy
- authorize vendor payments and maintain equipment and facilities
- ensure compliance with brand policies and legal standards
- coordinate and execute promotional and marketing activities
- maintain good relations with mall management and participate in local business committees
- perform other duties as assigned
