Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older
- ability to stand, walk, squat, bend, and perform repetitive hand/arm motions for prolonged periods
- ability to lift 50+ pounds
- able to work in a fast-paced, highly stressed environment
- reliable transportation
- current ServSafe certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Food Handler Permit as required by local laws
- compliance with local Health Department requirements
- ability to write simple correspondence in English
- ability to test products by taste, color, and smell
- availability to work occasional long hours within legal limits
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent experience
- experience in coaching and developing teams in a retail environment
- availability to work shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- effective communication and teamwork abilities
- ability to manage time and prioritize tasks under pressure
Job Duties
- Achieving sales, labor, and food cost targets for store profitability
- supervising and directing staff including hiring, training, and scheduling
- ensuring guest satisfaction and product quality
- managing cash handling and financial reporting
- monitoring inventory and controlling waste
- maintaining security and safety of the store
- coordinating promotional, marketing, and advertising activities
- ensuring compliance with all company policies and relevant regulations
- maintaining equipment and facilities in excellent condition
- managing vendor relations and authorizing payment of invoices
