Job Requirements

  • must be at least 21 years old
  • valid driver's license
  • able to stand, walk, bend, and move at a rapid pace for extended periods
  • able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • able to work in hot or cold environments
  • must be able to work 50-55 hours per week including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years' experience as a general manager or strong assistant manager in a full-service or fast-paced restaurant
  • proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office
  • strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
  • excellent communication and guest service abilities
  • solid understanding of budgeting, cost controls, and profit and loss management
  • self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented

Job Duties

  • lead and manage all daily restaurant operations including front and back-of-house functions
  • develop and coach managers and hourly staff to ensure high performance
  • create and maintain labor schedules to optimize staffing and control labor costs
  • manage inventory, ordering, and supply chain logistics to reduce waste and control food costs
  • monitor financial performance including budget adherence, cost controls, and profit and loss management
  • enforce food safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance standards consistently
  • address and resolve guest complaints and concerns to ensure satisfaction and brand loyalty
