Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • five plus years leading guest-facing operations in hospitality, wellness, spa, bathhouse, or fitness environments
  • strong operational leadership skills
  • deep commitment to guest experience and relationship-building
  • financial fluency including budgeting and P&L responsibility
  • organized and adaptable
  • effective communication skills
  • proficiency or rapid adaptability to current tools and technology
  • active participation in professional or interest-based communities in San Francisco

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience
  • five plus years of leadership in hospitality or related guest-focused sectors
  • ability to lead and develop teams
  • experience managing P&L and budgets
  • aptitude for creating operational systems and staffing models
  • knowledge or passion for wellness, spa, fitness, or experiential environments
  • marketing and promotional strategy experience preferred
  • strong community engagement skills

Job Duties

  • Lead pre-opening planning and execution
  • oversee daily operations ensuring smooth guest experience
  • maintain health and safety and facility standards
  • build and nurture team culture aligned with company values
  • hire, onboard, train, and develop staff and volunteers
  • resolve guest concerns professionally
  • own P&L performance and manage budget and staffing
  • collaborate with founders and marketing agency to support promotional efforts
  • foster community relationships in San Francisco
