Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- relevant management experience in retail or food service
- proficient with POS systems, NCR knowledge preferred
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to manage financial statements
- knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- ability to handle sensitive employee relations
- availability to work flexible hours
- commitment to brand values and guest experience
Job Qualifications
- 3-5 years of retail or restaurant management experience
- experience with Point of Sale systems
- knowledge of profit and loss statement review and presentation
- skills in food cost and labor cost management
- cash handling skills
- knowledge of food preparation
- understanding of California labor laws
- passion for healthy food and living
- flexible schedule
- multilingual ability a plus
Job Duties
- build and lead a team to deliver exceptional guest service
- operate the store including hiring, training, coaching, and problem solving
- manage sales performance and meet financial goals
- oversee cash handling and auditing procedures
- ensure food safety and compliance with health standards
- handle employee issues with care and follow HR protocols
- promote the brand in the local community through partnerships and sampling
