Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • at least one prior leadership role
  • 4-6 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
  • compliance with state mandated age requirements for alcohol serving restaurants
  • ability to stand and walk for long periods
  • ability to lift, carry, and transfer up to 50 pounds
  • ability to use hands for handling tools and controls
  • ability to bend and stoop
  • ability to taste and smell
  • verbal communication skills
  • ability to use close and peripheral vision
  • ability to access all restaurant areas
  • availability to work a variety of shifts and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior leadership experience required

  • college or culinary schooling preferred

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations following company policies and laws
  • recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
  • plan, assign, direct work and appraise employee performance
  • shape and maintain restaurant culture to ensure employee engagement
  • coach and mentor team members to improve job success and guest satisfaction
  • communicate sales performance and implement corporate programs
  • assist team members with duties as needed
  • champion sales building activities and optimize table turnover
  • meet and greet guests and resolve food quality or service issues
  • maintain cost controls and profit management
  • ensure compliance with OSHA, health and safety codes
  • enforce safe work behaviors
  • monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
  • control cash, inventory, food and labor costs
  • manage P&L and optimize scheduling
  • maintain restaurant equipment and facilities
  • perform all other duties as assigned
