Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least one prior leadership role
- 4-6 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- compliance with state mandated age requirements for alcohol serving restaurants
- ability to stand and walk for long periods
- ability to lift, carry, and transfer up to 50 pounds
- ability to use hands for handling tools and controls
- ability to bend and stoop
- ability to taste and smell
- verbal communication skills
- ability to use close and peripheral vision
- ability to access all restaurant areas
- availability to work a variety of shifts and weekends
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations following company policies and laws
- recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- plan, assign, direct work and appraise employee performance
- shape and maintain restaurant culture to ensure employee engagement
- coach and mentor team members to improve job success and guest satisfaction
- communicate sales performance and implement corporate programs
- assist team members with duties as needed
- champion sales building activities and optimize table turnover
- meet and greet guests and resolve food quality or service issues
- maintain cost controls and profit management
- ensure compliance with OSHA, health and safety codes
- enforce safe work behaviors
- monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
- control cash, inventory, food and labor costs
- manage P&L and optimize scheduling
- maintain restaurant equipment and facilities
- perform all other duties as assigned
