Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- minimum of 3 years management experience in retail or related industry
- excellent leadership and organizational skills

- ability to work flexible hours including weekends

Job Duties
- Acquire and maintain customers
- compliance with all applicable federal, state and local statutes
- decipher, prepare and review financial statements and store reports
- ensure adequate availability of merchandise at all times
- fill out paperwork for submission to corporate support
- follow monthly marketing plans
- implement sales and marketing programs
- maintain company vehicles within safe operating standards
- managing inventory and cash assets
- meeting company standards for quality, customer service and safety
- meeting sales and revenue goals, implementing marketing and growth plans
- prepare daily work schedules, assign tasks, evaluate employee performance
- discipline, enforce company policy and terminate when appropriate
- provide a safe, clean environment for customers and associates
- recruit, hire, and train to ensure efficient operations
